WTTC’s annual Global Summit hosts industry leaders from the public and private sectors to discuss the most pressing issues in Travel & Tourism in this new era of travel. This Summit will provide the opportunity to define and refine key strategic initiatives to address the social, environmental, and economic challenges our sector faces. By enhancing its resilience and prioritizing sustainable and inclusive growth, Travel & Tourism can continue to create shared prosperity for the global community as we build a better future together.

At the 21st WTTC Global Summit in Manila, we welcomed high-caliber attendees and speakers, both virtually and in person, including former UN Secretary-General, Ban ki-Moon; President of Colombia, Iván Duque; EU Commissioner, Thierry Breton; British adventurer and broadcaster, Bear Grylls; environmental activist, Melati Wijsen; and more. Over 30 ministerial delegations, more than 600 international in-person delegates, and over 10,000 virtual delegates joined the eventful hybrid program. Previous events have also included keynotes from former President of the USA, Barack Obama; former President of Colombia, Juan Manuel Santos; President of France, Emmanuel Macron; Premier of Bermuda, E. David Burt; and President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo.
