From December 2, 2022, to January 1, 2023, Singapore’s biggest holiday spectacular, Christmas Wonderland at Gardens by the Bay 2022, will return!

In addition to the Garden Rhapsody light and sound display, Santa picture opportunities, rides on the Venetian Double-Storey Carousel, seeing “snow,” playing carnival games, and other activities, Christmas Wonderland 2022 will feature six separate holiday zones.

Throughout the event, local artists will play seasonal music on a regular basis, in addition to holiday shopping and cuisine.

Since its debut in 2014, the annual Christmas Wonderland has spread holiday happiness to more than 4.8 million people of all ages and is a must-see component of Singapore’s stunning year-end celebrations.

During this year’s events, which span from December 3 to January 2, 2022, visitors to this Yuletide wonderland will be able to immerse themselves in a variety of exciting games, activities, and breathtaking panoramas.

Christmas decorations and breathtaking sights

On a sizable fairground, Christmas Wonderland is home to spectacular sights and Yuletide-themed extravaganzas. This year’s event will provide eight magnificent light displays that are sure to make your day better.

Take pictures of the spectacular Enchanted Bridge, a wonderful 30-meter structure that is guaranteed to fascinate and astound, or see the enormous Spalliera display, an Italian marvel that is seven floors tall and intended to reflect the grandeur of Gothic churches in Europe.

If you wish to experience the festive happiness and sparkling lights, take a stroll through the 40-meter-long Walk of Stars, a spectacular light tunnel that replicates the beauty of the night sky.

Lights of Christmas Wonderland

Visitors of all ages enjoy the Walk of Lights tunnel, which is returning for a fourth season. This mesmerizing light display has grown into a must-visit location.

The 2018 version has 50,000 programmable LED lights that cast a rainbow of colors down a 50-meter-long tunnel.

Be mesmerized by a variety of new light displays with holiday themes, such as the Jolly Express, Poinsettia Castle, and a Gingerbread House that provides endless picture possibilities.

Go on an ice journey! Everyone, young and old, will be delighted by a picture-perfect photo opportunity that includes an illuminated igloo, polar bears, and fluffy white “snow.”

Go ice skating.

In Singapore, a tropical place, ice skating is in fact doable. If you hadn’t realized by now, this island country is capable of anything.

One achievement is the creation of an ice rink that locals and guests may use all year long and enjoy skating on. Christmas merely makes it more pleasurable and a perfect occasion to go on your skates and skate on the rink.
