The Indian Railways and Tourism Company (IRCTC) has decided to begin its first luxury train from Delhi to North East India.

Trains are reportedly starting and starting early next month. The train will travel from Delhi to five states in the eastern region. Reports indicate that the IRCTC will carry passengers to the states of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Meghalaya, and Nagaland. Each state will host its own unique travel experience. This project was launched to promote tourism in the Northeast.

Tourists will see Kaziranga National Park in Assam, Guwahati, and Jorhat. You will be able to take a water trip on the Brahmaputra River. In Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar had a great experience. Tripura will discuss the history of Agartala, Udaipur, and Unakoti. Meghalaya is an amazing experience as you can visit Shillong and Cherrapunji. In Nagaland, Kohima will be a show, as well as other nearby attractions.
