At the World Travel Awards held in Kenya over the weekend, Table Mountain has given the formal recognition of yet another international award: “Africa’s Leading Tourist Attraction 2022.”

Before selecting the World’s Best, the WTA’s first round concentrates on regional honors. Today saw the publication of the prizes for the various categories in Africa.

Table Mountain was included in the list of winners along with other African colossi, including Kenya’s Manda Bay and Tanzania’s Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti, which received the awards for “Africa’s Leading Luxury Safari Lodge 2022” and “Africa’s Leading Private Island Resort 2022,” respectively.

However, that’s not all, guys.

A couple of additional prizes in the category for Africa have been won by The Mother City:

Among a long list of prior honors since 1998, Cape Town has been named “Africa’s Leading City Destination 2022” for the second year in a row.

The sixth consecutive year that Cape Town International Airport will be considered “Africa’s Leading Airport 2022”

Africa’s Leading Luxury Hotel 2022, South Africa’s Leading Luxury Hotel 2022, and Africa’s Leading Design Hotel 2022 have all been awarded to The Silo Hotel.
