Travel team members used Skype programs and surveys to Trane track visitors. And, after signing the product, visitors received important messages before, during, and after the trip. Messages urged them to reserve hotels on Source; be reminded of the benefits of a Wi-Fi room; and ask them to respond with information about their travels.
