The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Amman has officially opened.
The property aims to welcome its distinguished residents to an excellent new life experience in the heart of the Jordanian capital.
The residences were unveiled during an official opening ceremony chaired by Samer Fakhouri, President of Al Eqbal Real Estate Development; John Hearns, Senior Vice President, Global Residential Operations at Marriott International; Behiye Salk, Director in Residence at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Amman; and Tareq Derbas, General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton, Amman.
Derbas unveiled his management team for the property earlier this month.
The official opening of The Residences, in Amman, is an important milestone for the project and the Kingdom as a whole.
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Residences, Amman brings the Ritz-Carlton brand and legacy to Jordan for the first time, bringing a new standard of luxury to the country and will play a key role in reviving its charm as a tourist destination of investment.
The property includes 90 exquisite branded residences, distinguished by its refined style and great attention to detail.
The groundbreaking development of these new homes brought together investors and a project management team, as well as several other key stakeholders, including the senior management of Marriott International.

In addition to its 192 magnificent suites, including 34 suites, Amman will offer excellent restaurants and a varied selection of food and drinks.
