Thailand is gradually reopening for tourists to disembark in Bangkok for a vacation.

According to the Thai health authorities, the country will open in four phases, and Bangkok will be accepting fully vaccinated travelers as early as November 2021. The Thailand Tourism Authority (TAT) has announced that the first phase of the reopening will start on November 1st, but the pilot phase will start on October 1st. Four seaside resorts will be reopened during the pilot phase.

In the first phase, Thailand will cover all areas of Bangkok, Krabi, and Phang-Nga as well as the designated areas in Buri Ram (Mueang), Chiang Mai (Mueang, Mae Rim, Mae Taeng and Doi Tao), Chon Buri (Pattaya, Bang.) Reopening of Lamung, After Jomtien and Sattahip), Loei (Chiang Khan), Phetchaburi (Cha-Am), Prachuap Khiri Khan (Hua Hin), and Ranong (Ko Phayam).

In the second phase, starting December 1st, Thailand will reopen its famous arts, culture, and border destination. After the start of the second phase, tourists can travel to 20 provinces of Thailand. Tourists can travel to Nakhon Ratchasima, Ayutthaya, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Mae Hong Son, Narathiwat, Nong Khai, Pathum Thani, Phatthalung, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phetchabun, Phrae, Rayong, Khon Kaen, Samut Prakan, Songkhla, Sukhot, Trang. Trat and Yala.
